About Tire Guys and Service
Located at 1313 Harrisburg Pike, Columbus, OH 43223, Tire Guys and Service operates as a tire shop serving Columbus in Ohio. This page gathers the practical details people usually look for before visiting: where it is, how to reach it, when it opens and how customers rate it.
Tire shops sell and install new tires, patch punctures, balance wheels and, at most locations, align the suspension. Prices are quoted per tire plus mounting, balancing, valve stems and a state disposal fee for the old set; many shops price-match and include free rotation and flat repair for the life of the tire. Used tire shops sell inspected take-offs for a fraction of the price of new ones, useful for an older car or a single replacement, but check the tread depth (4/32 inch or more) and the DOT date code, since rubber ages even on the shelf. Mobile tire services come to your driveway or the roadside, commercial shops handle semi, trailer, farm and off-road tires, and wheel shops repair and refinish bent or curb-scraped rims.
The business lists hours on 6 days of the week. Typical hours are 9 am–6 pm. Note that it does not open on Sunday. As with most places, expect changes around holidays; the phone number below is the fastest way to confirm. The listed phone number is (614) 824-4749. Many businesses also reply to text messages on the same number if it is a cell phone.
Customers rate it 4.7 out of 5 on Google across 337 reviews, placing it among the better-regarded tire shops in Columbus.
Columbus is in Ohio, in the Midwest, where summers are warm, winters are cold and snowy, and most errands are done by car; businesses keep steady year-round hours with the usual holiday changes. Getting around Columbus is easiest by car; street parking is metered in busy downtown areas, and most suburban businesses have their own lot. Ride-share apps such as Uber and Lyft operate across Ohio's larger cities, and public transit varies from extensive to minimal.

This shop was great, the gentleman running the front desk was kind and welcoming. He did a quick check over of my vehicle and quickly got a test drive on it. After replacing wheel bearings and tires I was done in under 2.5 hours. I will be using this shop for any future needs.

These guys totally saved us! We were headed to Cincinnati and had to turn around due to a huge screw in my tire. These folks got us in right before they closed up for the day and got us back on the road quickly. Great friendly service!

Start off by saying I will never go anywhere else besides here after my experience the last 2 days. I called tire guys yesterday asking about tire options on my truck. Logan seemed eager and excited to help telling me he could get me taken care of just to stop by. I stop by about 30 min after and I’m greeted by Logan the service advisor and Taz the owner. They both were excited to hear about my truck along with what I wanted to do to it. Taz immediately talked about options and made a few phone calls to his tire reps. I gave him a budget and he made it happen. I dropped it off they installed my leveling kit, new tires and TPMS sensors followed by an alignment and I’m in love with my truck. This was hands down the best experience I’ve ever had at a tire and repair shop. I highly recommend them. Thank you so much guys ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Without a doubt, this is the best place to get your vehicle serviced. Honest employees, extremely fair prices and top-notch work. Taz is always accommodating, respectful and honest. I wish more business owners were like him. I have pretty much had the same technician, Phil, working on my vehicles there. Phil is extremely knowledgeable and straightforward. He does fantastic work and will offer up an explanation as to what the problem actually is and what he would recommend to fix the issues as if he were doing the work on a family members' vehicle. No unnecessary work or expenses. Just honest and necessary repairs. I simply cannot recommend them enough. Thank you Taz and Phil!

I have been bringing my work van and my personal car to Tires Guys for years, and they always go above and beyond. Today they installed a full set of Michelin tires, and the van drives smoother than ever. They take care of everything for me, from oil changes and brake repairs to engine work and tire service. Always honest, fast, and professional. If you are looking for tire replacement or auto repair in Columbus, this is the place to go. I highly recommend Tires Guys Auto and Tire Service for anyone who wants reliable work and great customer care.
